Do you provide international delivery?
Yes, we ship by air courier worldwide, mainly via DHL or SF Express.
How do I pay for my order?
All orders must be paid in advance. We will calculate the total value including courier cost and insurance (if any). The preferred payment method is via Western Union (immediate); alternatively you may pay by bank transfer (longer).
Can I get discount for my order?
We may give discount for orders with multiple items. Contact us to inquire.
How do I track my order?
We will inform you the Airway Bill (AWB) number once we ship your goods; you can track your order via the courier website.

What if the shipment in damaged?
We shall protect your goods in packaging suitable for international shipment. To reduce risks further, you may choose to buy insurance for your shipment. If you receive the goods in damaged condition, please send us the photos. We will help you to make it right.
Do you have thangka with brocade?
You may hang thangkas in two ways: thangka painting in picture frame, or thangka painting in traditional brocade. We can install the brocade for a small fee, if you so choose. Let us know...
